Day 1 part 2

I almost forgot i also have managed to not have any soda for 4 days now down from a 12 pack a day to nothing. See being sick for a week was a good thing. it got me over the caffine headache or at least i was so sick i didnt notice it

Hey man cool blog. Good luck. It's not about luck but good luck anyways. I've lost 55 lbs since I started my goal to getting healthly. Here are some things I found that have worked for me.

1. WORK OUT - This is how I really lost the weight. Don't let people tell you there is some mericle diet or some exact way to eat. I work out 2 hours a day (well 5 days a week) and thats what helps you keep the weight off. It sucks the first few months and you feel like a retard at the gym but you will get used to going. I almost have to go now or I feel bad. I do 1 hour of weights and 1 hour of cardio. Take it slo at first and don't over do it.

2. Count calories. I found if you keep with in your calorie intake a day you can still have a few bad things from time to time. I try to keep around 2100-2300 a day. If I want something bad for me I count the calories and have to take it off my daily. 2100 is a pretty small amount so find what suits you.

3. Don't give up with you fail a few times. I still eat fast food from time to time and have soda now and then. Don't turn into a food and carb natzi to where you are eating lettce and water all day.

4. WORK OUT!
